Standard Assambly
The circular cutting machine is equipped with a rotating workbench which can be adjusted between 0.5 and 6 RPM. The workbench top consists of anti skid material. A vacuum device available in the cutting area, prevents the movement of blocks during cutting.

Programmable solid state counter with a variation of 0.1 mm of cutting thickness. Operator controls mounted on a free standing podium connected by flexibl conduit to the machine. Standard electric are 400-440 v, 3 Phase, 50 hz.

The Process
This process starts with generating the scrap foam, mixing these granules into a mixing chamber with some fresh chemicals and then compressing such mixed granules into a mould of a pre defined size for a definite time period; thereby making a fresh cake of small, multi colored pieces of foam which can be further cut down to mattresses, sheets etc. and can be resold as rebonded foam.

With the increasing competition in the Flexible Polyurethane Foam Industry, emphasis has shifted to production techniques which involve low capital investment. Our latest Batch Foaming Machine aims at the same.

	One can easily establish oneself in the foam industry with only modest capital outlay. Installation requires small building space. Easy to operate since no special training or skill required. Both Cylindrical and Rectangular Blocks can be produced with one extra mould only. Flat top blocks can be produced with the help of floating lid. 10 blocks per hour can be produced with two moulds.

Note:

The plant is complete and ready for use after connection to power supply, compressed air supply and provision for flushing water supply.
The customer is required to make necessary arrangements for exhaust & ventillation.
Storage tanks are optional with BFP 201m.
In all the three models the final mixing time, mixing speed, opening of bottom lid of the mixing tank are controlled automatically.
All storage tanks are provided with temperature conditioning jackets, stirrers, temperature guages, level guages and level switches.

Process:
All the chemicals are first metered separately and then put together in the mixing tank of the machine. Then after setting the RPM and mixing time period, the chemicals are automatically poured in the mould of predefined size. Then mould is removed and the machine is washed thoroughly to make it ready for the next batch. With the help of two moulds, it is possible to make 10-12 blocks per hour depending upon the density.

PROCESS: All the P.U. chemicals are first mixed together in a mixing chamber & then taken into a metal trough where the initial reaction takes place. The rising foam then passes from the top of the trough on to a variable width fall plate, which then leads the expanding foam block along a metal slat conveyor for further expansion.

OUTPUTS: The machine is delivers a maximum of 200kg per minute.

METERING SYSTEM: There are seven metering systems in all. All metering system are equipped with world class AC motors, AC variable speeddrives, special internal gear pumps (for very low slippage), pressure gauges & Recirculation network to ensure high class quality product.

FOAMING TUNNEL & CONVEYOR: The tunnel construction forms a complete enclosure around the foam slab with top plates, side walls & conveyor slats. The conveyor motor is also equipped with AC speed drive. Side walls can be adjusted from 1.1–2 m. The length of the conveyor is 13 meters.

TROUGH & FALL PLATE: The Trough & fall plate section can be adjusted height wise at various levels to ensure more flattop blocks & is equipped with required motors & gearboxes.

PAPER FEED & REWIND: This is a 3-paper system. The bottom paper feed reel is mounted in front of the foaming platform & is equipped with unwinding motor for automatic operation. Rewinding of the side papers is at the other end of the tunnel & the rewinding speed is self –adjustable to synchronize with the conveyor speed.

CONTROL PANELS: This is attached at a convenient position on the foaming platform, & is equipped with necessary electronics, flow meters, pressure gauges & AC variable speed drives.
